“Why would you book a Disney Cruise for a honeymoon, isn’t it full of kids?” was a question we heard quite often when planning our first voyage on Disney Cruise Line many years ago. And while Disney certainly has plenty of offerings for kids and families to enjoy together, there are surprisingly an abundance of activities meant just for the adult crowd too. We ended up having a blast on our Disneymoon at sea, and it became the first of several Disney sailings for us. Recently we booked a little staycation at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (make sure to read more about this unbelievable resort in our review here.) One evening we had the chance to enjoy date night at the signature restaurant at the resort: La Luce. This modern restaurant was created by a famous Napa Valley chef and features Italian dishes, Mediterranean-inspired drinks, and a Trattoria-style wine program. Currently La Luce is ranked as the #2 restaurant in all of Orlando by TripAdvisor and we couldn’t wait to experience it.
