The Festival Food: A World of Flavors
With over 45 unique dishes inspired by international cuisines, there’s something for every palate. We were able to try quite a few dishes and wanted to feature some here that we would order again.
TIP: Make a plan before you go for favorites you want to try. You can preview the full festival guide booklet here.
Classic Lobster Roll - North Atlantic Market (7)
Lobster served on a bun
This was a good amount of lobster on a nice toasty roll. We would choose this over the lobster Mac’n’cheese.
Fish & Chips - North Atlantic Market (7)
Deep-Fried Beer Battered Cod, Sidewinder Fries, Tartar Sauce
Loved this dish, the fish was really good and the fries well seasoned too.
NEW Pork Pincho - Caribbean Market (4)
Grilled pork skewer, BBQ sauce, Grilled Cuban Bread
This skewer was so flavorful and the bread toasty.
NEW Southern Charm Cupcake (Boozy) - Sweet Sips (9)
Vanilla Cupcake, Jack Daniel's Honey Buttercream Icing, Whiskey Bacon Crumble
We loved this cupcake, the boozy icing was sooo good.

RE-IMAGINED Palermo Fontina Cheese Meatballs - Italian Market (10)
Chef's House Made Marinara, Parmesan
These meatballs were popular and sold out the day we were there. A great classic comfort food.
RE-IMAGINED Old World Grilled Lamb Chop - Mediterranean Market (13)
Olive Tapenade, Boursin Whipped Mashed Potatoes, Tzatziki
The lamb chop is always a goto and the potatoes are plentiful and flavorful.
Picanha Steak - Brazilian Market (14)
Cilantro Chimichurri, Three Bean Salad
Another go-to for us. The steak is tender and flavorful and we like that this is a healthier option with protein and beans.

NEW Garlic Toast Chicken Parmigiana - Italian Market (10)
Crispy Chicken, Marinara, Mozzarella, Texas Toast
Another comfort classic but hit the spot with the crunchy toast and cheesy sauce.
NEW Veggie Samosas - Indian Market (15)
Potatoes, Peas, Served with Indian Red Pepper Hummus
A nice vegetarian option with crispy pastry, flavorful filling, and complemented with hummus.
Footlong Pretzel on a Stick - German Market (19)
Choice: Chocolate & Sprinkles or Cinnamon & Sugar
Always a fun value since this is so big. We bring a ziplock to rip apart the pretzel and enjoy throughout the day.

Drinks at the Seven Seas Food Festival
At the Festival you can sip and savor all sorts of beverages. From craft beers to international wines and creative cocktails, the drink options are plentiful. You can choose from full-size pours or sample sizes, making it easy to try a variety. We tried a handful of drinks this year and here are a few of our faves:
NEW Cucumber Splash - Sweet & Sour (12)
Vodka, Cucumber, Lime, Club Soda
This drink was so refreshing like a spa water.
NEW Hot Honey Paloma - Mexican Market (22)
Tequila, Lime, Hot Honey, Grapefruit
Loved the citrus with the pop of spice,
NEW Lychee Bliss - Asian Market (16)
Vodka, Lychee Liqueur, Lime
This refreshing drink offered a unique flavor you don’t usually see.
Frozen Polynesian Summer - Polynesian Market (6)
Pineapple Rum, Coconut Rum, Pineapple, Coconut, Mango
This tasted like tropical vacation!
TIP: We have to admit we are disappointed in the mocktail options. Most seem to be pretty simple like a sprite or juice with a sugary syrup mixed in. We recommend not to use a lanyard punch on a tasting cup of soda, save it for other items. We hope maybe in the future some crafted mocktails with elevated ingredients could be explored!
SeaWorld even has their own beer!
